[s-cars] Headlight Washer Wiring

Hey guys,

I have finally gotten around to trying to track down my headlght washer
problem and I have run into a dead end.

The pump itself works fine, verified with +12V.
The wiring is not receiving 12V when I pull the stalk, yes the headlights
are on :)  I am wondering where the white wire with the red stripe
(positive) wire goes from the pump.  Is it fed by a fuse or relay?  The
ground wire seems to be intact (0 ohms resistance to chassis) I don't have a
Bentley so I am a bit lost at this point.  Somehow the headlights and the
stalk have to play into it.  I do see a flicker on the meter when I pull the
stalk but then it just goes right back to a few millivolts.  Thanks!
