[s-cars] Headlight Washer Wiring

Calvin,
This is a stretch, but easy enough to try so it might be worth a shot.
I had a problem with my headlight swtich where my high-beams were not
coming on at all. At the suggestion of Shawn Olsen, I shot a spray of
WD40 in there, and then it magically worked.
It could be that the contact for the switch that enables the headlight
washer is sticking inside the switch ??
