[s-cars] Headlight Washer Wiring - Fixed!

Thanks to all of you who replied!  With the help of the list I was able to
track down the wiring and figure out what was wrong.  I even took the damn
relay apart and drew out the circuit by looking at the traces and parts on
the circuit board.  And after all that I tracked it down to a loose
fuse...ARGH!  Fuse #7 had been dislodged from its socket.  Since all it runs
is the headlight washer pump relay coil, license plate light, glovebox
light, and ashtray light it wasn't very apparent.  Ahh well, at least it was
a cheap solution :)  Thanks again to all those that helped!
