[s-cars] Headlight Washer Wiring

According to the diagram, the pump is fed via a white/red wire from the
headlight washer relay (J39). Maybe this relay is bad, I'd start there.

Since you don't have a Bentley, I posted 3.17 MB pdf file of the wiring
diagram on my ftp site. Its diagram #34.

You should be able to right click and save as;
