[s-cars] Faint Thump Noise!

When braking, I can hear a faint thump noise from the rear, like tires
thumping on bumps in the road. It is evenly paced and goes away the
second I lift foot off the brake pedal. I've tried listening to it
with windows rolled down but can't hear it other than when windows are
closed. Any suggestions?
