In an ideal world, you would change out the manifold at the same time. 
That being said, the K24 software will keep your new turbo working near 
K24 levels (should be better efficiency with the new turbo). So, you 
should be fine with K24 software and better turbo until you can get the 
manifold, injectors, software, IC, blah blah blah. Do you see that 
black abyss ahead?
