[s-cars] Key FOB Still Won't program

I have recently used this procedure successfully on a
95.5 RF:

Same 2-button remote as described (1 button a bump,
other recessed).  Did find in the process we had one
bad fob, replaced by dealer (I saved the p/n at home
if you want to try a non-dealer search), and 2 dead
batteries between the 2 keys.
I too found out the hard way that the IR procedure
documented in the owners manual doesn't work...
