[s-cars] Boost leak is back

Now the car is running perfect and I didn't do anything to it. Car
boosts all the way to red and pulls like crazy, just like it should.
What could cause hesitation that is not always present? It's not
necessarily boost. Maybe the engine is hesitating? This is annoying
enough to prompt me to install that boost gauge sitting on the table
that I've been putting off.
