[s-cars] Boost leak is back

Ok I built the boost tester with the cleanout cap and stuff.  When I 
pressurize the system, should it hold the pressure?  The only place I 
can hear air leaking out is what appears to be a small vent on the back 
of the engine below the two breather hoses that connect back there near 
the top on the right (passengers side) side of the engine.  The vent is 
covered by a gray rubber gasket/valve.  Air audibly seeps out of this 
rubber piece.  Is this normal?
