[s-cars] 26x8x3.5 FMIC mock up, why not go with the stock one

Getting the air out is partially served by the Frankenliner solution
(which I wrote up and used to be at UrS4.com but seems to have moved
(??) to S-cars.org).  If the end tanks have to be changed then the OEM
IC is just another core and an old one at that.  Might as well start
with a new core, etc. and forget trying to move the OEM IC.  Dave F.
