[s-cars] rear gate rubber seal tear

Id try using Loctite 411 CA .
It a toughened super glue which seems to work well on elastomers.  This 
is assuming  you are trying to bond the tear to its self.  If you are 
bonding the weather strip into place then use the yellow snot.
