You could try an online salvage/breaker company from UK where thay are fitted as standard on Brit A6/S6 models. Try

I was there a few weeks ago and they had a S4 in their yard - you could get a hazard warning triangle too.

Failing that I have a pair of S6 corner lenses - I can do you a great deal.
