"My car is completely apart right now... and the exhaust sits in pieces
on my deck.  The 2 rear mufflers, including the pipes that connect them,
weighs 
60-61lbs.  The cat assy and pipe weighs 12lbs... there are 2.  That
totals 84lbs.  
I didn't include the downpipe, but am confident it doesn't weigh 60lbs.

Allz I can say is that when I weighed them IIRC (and I've never been
wrong... well maybe once,) the stock behemoth weighed about 2x's as much
as the Stromung (120lbs. vs. about 62.) 
Perhaps the down(ed)pipe(r) http://tinyurl.com/5f75k  cannot weigh 60
lbs, but 40 is doable?
