My S may have come with them installed, but that is not to say I paid
a "$tock" price for the car.

My justification = Replacement rotors for stage 2 - $200. Upgrade to
stage 3 with p-car rotors, and including everything else - $500. It's
a helluva upgrade for only $300, considering the $200 will be a sunk
cost either way. Now would be a better time then ever to upgrade.

IME, most people who pick Stage 2 above stage 3 is not the monetary
issue, yet is the issue of having to run 17" wheels all year round.

So for $300 to upgrade to rotors that are light years ahead of the
A8's, I consider it a no-brainer. Also consider you can sell the stage
2 brackets for $150 easy. Making your cost to upgrade $150, not bad!
