Took my car to ASW this afternoon for the 3rd time, and Brian adjusted the lower control arms (I believe) so that the RSB no longer contacts the spring perch - at least for now.  I will report back if any shifting (walking) of the RSB occurs to cause more rubbing.  I am going to keep my fingers crossed as I like the way it handles as long as I don't have to hear the screeching nails on the chalkboard sound on every bump.  As a side note my car has Eibach Springs and Bilstein Sports - Brian said cars w/ lowering springs make the correct installation a bit more difficult FWIW.  Thanks for your responses - he did mention having to start welding stuff if this doesn't do the trick.
