[s-cars] Friggin HAP RSB . . .

The bar could stand to be @ 5mm ~ 10mm or so wider at the rear springs.  Hap
avoids this "tight fit" problem by running w/skinny rear coil overs.  You
can always fit up a stock 17mm bar.
