thanks for the info. - I clearly didn't know extra parts were needed and neither did ASW (who has installed many of them) - until they were half way through the job. I never would have taken it in for install if I thought it could not be done that day - waste of my time and $ as well as ASWs since they ate some of the cost. Maybe I don't frequent the list enough to notice these things. I just assumed that the $590 package price included everything necessary for install - but you know was they say about "ass-u-me-ing" things. Thanks again.
