[s-cars] Headlight Cleaning Write-Up

Listers,

I received my new bulbs from Daniel Stern and want to clean the old lights
as part of the transformation process.  I searched the archives and looked
at the usual sites for the light cleaning write-up I know I have seen
before, but no joy.

If anyone has it handy, or can point me in the right direction, I would
greatly appreciate it.  Also, if anyone has a write-up w pix of the mods
that need to be done to the DS bulbs, I would like to see that as well.
