[s-cars] Headlight Cleaning Write-Up

Douglas: The write-up that I did was at UrS4.com.  However Jimmy seems
to be shutting down the website. Some things have supposedly been
transferred to Scars.org.  I haven't tried looking.  Igor just recently
posted the procedure to remove the headlights, etc. on this list (search
back).   I didn't check to see if he said "DO NOT clean the chrome
reflector with Windex or like products because it will eat the chrome
off"  (Just use water and the softest cloth you can find (not paper
towels)).

Trimming the HIR bulbs is easy:  Just make the HIR "ears" look like the
900X "ears" with an Xacto or Dremel or your choice of tools (No
Sawzall's please).  ;>)
