[s-cars] Turbo replacement questions

My 93 S4 has it's original turbo at 182K miles and shows a bit of play in 
the shaft.  I believe it is leaking oil into the exhaust as well.  My 
question is should I buy the rebuild kit from 
http://hardlineturbo.com/Price%20List.htm  or should I upgrade to something 
else.  My plan is to eventually chip the car to ~280 hp  so I don't need or 
want anything extreme.  I do quite a bit of city driving ~50 miles per day 
and about ~40 miles of highway driving.  My goal is to maximize MPG as much 
as possible but maintain decent power.  If it helps I commute from 8000ft 
to 6000ft and back daily.  I would like to do this for as inexpensively as 
possible but still have quality.
