I like the Concert II in my wife's '03, if you are looking to upgrade 
and not
just replace with another OEM unit, of which there is a plentiful 
supply from
A6's as well.  You will lose the CD changer but with the wiring harness 
to the
rear changer from the concert II installed as well, you can use the new 
changer
or a phat noise hard drive.

Tom '95 S6  The i-pod adapters work on the concert II also, so you 
could have
that 40GB hard drive in your hand instead of the phat noise.
