[s-cars] Wheel Well Height

Well Bilsteins do raise the suspension somewhat, but is it mostly in the
rear that you're seeing the problem?  If so perhaps you have the lower
spring perched flipped around on the rears.  That will make a difference
of about an inch.  Not sure about your side to side unevenness.  From
your description I gather this was present before the shock replacement.
May be sagging springs.  How many miles on the car?
