Is the bolt rounded off yet?

I had a similar problem - it took the biggest-ass impact wrench at the
Firestone shop cranking on it for 30 seconds to get it off.....  But
at least they were smart and had only used proper 6 point tools so
there was no damage to the nut in their previous attempts....

I had them re-install the drain nut with a torque wrench, to the
proper specs (which I have forgotten...)
