[s-cars] Seized drain plug

As Chris Chambers has posted here before....
Sears Craftsman bolt out.....

My recently rescued red1991 90 20v Q.had a drain bolt that looked like a 
melted pad of butter.
Used the craftsman "boltout" with the correct socket and 18 inch breaker 
bar and had it off in less than 10 seconds.

Last time I dealt with a similar situation it took me half a day to get it 
off (ended up using a file to file flats onto the bolt and hammered a 16mm 
6 pt socket onto it.
