[s-cars] Some info for those wanting to swap to a B5 S4 6-speed

I agree that removing the bracket is defeating a safety system. I want
to make it clear that I AM NOT advocating the removal of the bracket.
What I want to make clear is that:

1. procon ten only comes in to play when the impact is hard enough to
move the transmission backwards.

2. removing the procon ten bracket WILL NOT stop your seatbelts from
latching

3. if you are planning on doing the swap, please use the bracket

4. someone has survived a crash that pushed the transmission backward 4"
with no procon ten bracket

5. any mods that you do to your own car are at your own and your
passenger's peril

6. please inform any future owner of your car about all modifications

7. have the occasional drink of wine, but don't drive until you're sober

Nope. The system had nothing to do with whether you had dual airbags or
not. It was simply a seat belt tensioning system and it was replaced by
explosive tensioners on the '95 MY cars. So, by losing the bracket you
are in fact defeating a safety system.
