[s-cars] ProDiag VAG tool and PDA

Rather easy to splice into or add the appropriate wires to the fuse box 
under the hood, and bring them to the newer style connector that can be 
hidden in the glove box or else where.

I got the new style connector from a "recycled" later mod WV. They seem to 
be easy to find.
