[s-cars] Fluttering Sound from Turbo?

Its not a part of the turbo, its a plastic valve that hooks to both the
turbo outlet and the side of the MAF to Turbo hose.

Mine was hooked up backwards and made that noise, but I also replaced
it with new so the diaphragm could be bad.
