[s-cars] Fluttering Sound from Turbo?

David,

Though it could be the by-pass, I would tend to agree with chris on 
this one. However, I had a similar problem with my '93 S4, and it 
turned out to be the rubber hose that connects to the intercooler. I 
wound up just replacing all the hoses with samco hoses from ecs tuning. 
I wound up spending close to 400 for the whole set...definitely worth 
looking into.
