[s-cars] Fluttering while ON BOOST

Guys,
While on the topic of fluttering I have a sound coming from the turbo
while on boost.  It is almost identical to the sound of a dead Bypass
Valve except it happens while building boost.  Also, the turbo is
starting to get a little loud, like it doesn't like what is being
asked of it.  102K miles, stock K24.   Oil saturated turbo to X over
hose, plenty of oil in the MM.  Is my turbo dying?  Would it make a
chit-chit-chit-chit-chit sound like it is doing or is that more of a
hose issue?   When I get on it , it really whines now.  Before I was
chipped you couldn't really tell it was a turbo car by the sound of
it, now it sounds like a turbine motor.   Thanks for any input.
