Is that in the Czech Republic?  In Germany, you can get Castrol
RS10W60 at the local grocery stores or home improvement stores for
10-12 EUR per liter, and even at the gas stations its 18-22 EUR per
liter, all including 16% VAT....  If you're friends with a mechanic
who buys it by the barrel, you can get "refills" for 7-9 EUR per liter
:)

Sounds like the Czech Castrol distributor is making some nice profits!!!
