Here's a good one...

As you go to this auction, you'll notice that you quickly get redirected to
another page. Looks perfect... but hey... the seller has gone from being a
member for only a few days and having a feedback rating of 1, to being a member
for over 5 years with a feedback rating of 46 and 100% positive.

Also, the auction changes to a "buy it now" from being a normal auction...
hey, who wouldn't buy a gorgeous 930 Porsche for under $15k?

If you want to enjoy taking it a step further... click on the "buy it now"
button, and be sent to the page where you are asked to send personal info...
which I did. You know... my full name was stated as Fred Flintstone, and my
address was:
101 Kiss My A$$ Lane
Scumbag Scammer
Il, 60411

That's where it ends, however... as even though I used a good email address
for contact, I never did receive my invoice.

Going back to ebay, you'll notice that the status of the auction hasn't
changed. Wonder how much money this guy took? And I also wonder if these guys
ever get busted...

I actually had the pleasure of sending regular emails to this guy... and was
telling him I would meet him with cash the next day. His response... "uh,
I'll only meet with you after you've left a deposit on ebay." Yeah, I bet.

His prior auction was for a blue VW Golf... sold in a day. Oh, and the
phone number on that auction... I called it, and it's a conference call dial in
number.

Good grins...

Dave
