[s-cars] Poor gas mileage

The T-stat is not hard to get to without doing an entire timing belt! This
is maybe a 1 hour job including a coolant flush afterwards, starting with
nothing taken apart. If you look down under the front area of the intake
manifold you'll see the 2 bolts that have to come out.
