I think that is why many passed over this offer in September.  It is not
the best financial arrangement but he has delivered several hundred
kits on this offer.  If it was a scam it would have been revealed by  
now.
The kit name was unrecognizable but had McCulloch ballast and no-name
other stuff, but the wiring and connectors are good.  There are not many
places that make HID bulbs so I was not concerned about the genuine
German versus Asian version.  Lexus probably doesn't buy from Germany.
I put a Polaron kit in my sedan about two years ago on a group buy  
for about
$500.   It was highly rated and had illustrated instructions and a  
relay kit .
This one has no directions and nothing extra.
Gotta thank those Kawasaki CBR1000 guys for this - especially those that
drive Audis and crossed this GB over.
