[s-cars] Rear suspension strange noise

Folks,

Any BTDT on noise in rear suspension? It's sounds like an old matress. 
"springy" noise when I back out of my drivay (downhill)
Also I can hear it when driving slow-ish and making turns where uneven road.
I can also shake LR corner (without e-Brake applied) and hear that noise.

Visually everything looks ok.

Car pull's to the left when driving.
It pulll's to the left much harder when braking on a straight

127k miles on 93' S4 with H&R/Bilstein setup done at ~75k miles.

Any ideas?
