I also couldn't pass up the deal so that I can further improve my Euro
headlight set-up (since I had to back off the 100 watt'ers since the Blau
wiring harness seemed to give up the ghost 6 months ago).  Ordered the H3
version as required. 

Now the next challenge is for one of our more hands-on installers and good
documenting types to write up a step-by-step procedure (and pitfalls) for us
less competent to follow so we can do a painless install.  I also wonder if
the autocheck systems in the 95's and newer will need to be fooled so that
the bulb out indicator won't stay lit.

Yes, I know the Euro version of the V70R lights has the proper bulb,
unfortunately,
the DOT version does not and I'm not going to spend $2k+ to upgrade the car
that I
hardly ever drive.

If you have advice on how to aim these lights (like where the screws are and
such), it
would be greatly appreciated- they aimed them so low from the dealership
that I can
run with high beams all the time and not get flashed- that's ridiculous.

Maybe it's just perception, but with the DOT bixenons, it seems like they
take an unacceptably long time to light up and flash.
