1- Small hole for supply voltage was drilled into the back housing lower area (5/16") I believe.
        Thread supply wires thru hole and squeeze the molded insulation end into small hole... Silicone or whatever you wish.
2- Second hole 5/8" thru removable cover, cut small 2/32 " slit for tab on connector. Slide provided grommet up to and weasel into 5/8" hole... VERY tight fit (nevermind Pizzo)..
3- I think mine was yellow to white, and brown to black.

Simple and neat.

Hid ballast behind / below CHF container on DS.
Hid ballast behind air box and fender on PS. snug fit.

Yeah the ballast mounting requires work... it's cold up here.

I have lights... I rest my case :-)

    Before the final install I ran one in the housing clamped to a bench. I aimed it at the inside of the garage door and made a tape outline of the cutoff.

    I can tell you the only change between the 9006 and the HID was an improvement of the halo at the cutoff.
    The Halogen produced more "rainbow" and the cut-off then the HID bulb did.

    Man are they white. Makes me wish I had done it years ago. I almost want to go get a set for the truck, but I drive it for work only so not much point.

    I do however have to get around the DRL. And no bulb out indicator on the shelf check either.

    Great kit, so far I am very happy.
