My feelings have been pretty well summed up per above. Let me add that
the HRSBs are not Hap's 1st line of business. He's doing this on his
own time and gives it attention as he has time. (I waited easily 9
months for mine and had the same concerns).
He's not brick and mortar nor is he Amazon.com. He's a guy sharing
some talent and some time. Set your expectations accordingly and you
won't be disappointed. If you're looking for a website with tracking
number and order status - you won't get it from Hap.
