First off, Hap is the last person one could call an Ass. He doesn't
make a cent off of the HRSB; he does it purely to help others (since
he spent the thousands for the design, etc.) Trust me, Hap does not
need your money, he has spent nearly as much developing various
upgrades for the S4 than you probably did on your house (and I don't
mean that as an insult to you--because I am pretty sure it is true in
the case of my house).

The HRSBs are a low-volume manufacturing item and they usually take
upwards of 7-9 months for people to get them. Hap has also been in the
process of moving across town and spending a lot of time with his
grandchildren in CA.

Hap is not someone who would scam anyone on this list. You have to be
patient and realize that he does it simply to help others and is a low
priority while moving and waiting for the manufacturing.
