[s-cars] Memory seats inop but mirror position recall works ?

S-Heads,

While tracking down and solving my RF remote issue, I stumbled on
another problem:

The memory seats don't work.  I can't store nor recall stored seat
positions.  Nor does the seat position recall when I unlock with the
remote and open the driver door.

What does work:
A) The light on the on/off button of the memory seat control in the
driver door pocket
B) Memory mirror position recall

I found the memory mirror recall only works if the car is still for
about 30 seconds after locking. Makes testing a bit tedious !

But I can verify that each remote will cause the mirror to revert to
it's own unique position.

However, I can't store any new mirror positions.  Good thing for me
that the two stored positions are close to eachother and decent.

Any ideas?
