Let me add- IMHO, the Stromung is a very nice system overall. Good fit
and finish (but that big 3" piping makes it a little tricky to get it
perfect so it doesn't rub against the driveshaft), nice appearance.
Nice sound, too, although it is a real shame that the Gen I sound is
different from Gen III and onward- the Gen I was much louder, but
droned like no tomorrow. Gen III and RSS are quite a bit more refined-
much quieter at idle, no drone.

One thing I have to say about Audi exhausts is that they're way
overpriced, though. The $1400+ that Stromung asks is too much- I think
they're priced based on the car rather than the cost of materials and
engineering. I know that Porsche exhausts can be much, much more, so
that just serves to further my hypothesis.

I can get a full 3" turboback mandrel-bent titanium exhaust for the
cost of the Stromung (for a Subaru), shipped from Japan.
