[s-cars] tire size fitment

looking at a set of 18x8.5 RS4 replica wheels from AAA wheels in MI.  anyone running 225/40-18 tires on your car?  any iminent issues such these would cause wheel rub or for the tire to hit the wheel well on bumps.  car is lower with bilstein sport and h&r race spring
any experience or opinion on Falken or Kuhmo tires?
