[s-cars] STAY AWAY FROM BILSTEIN SHOCKS

I had one Bilstein failure.  I reported it to shox.com where I bought the 
set.  The procedure was for me to buy a replacement (actually a pair of 
them) and to send the bad cartridge to them for evaluation.  Their 
conclusion was that the cartridge had failed (surprise-surprise) and they 
refunded the payment on the second set.

All in all a fairly satisfactory solution.
