[s-cars] Source for PS Rebuild Kit

Did that, no go there. Appears to be only a Stealer part.  :(  
Will dealers ship to your door? If so, who have you guys gotten these
parts from for the mythical $35. Will gladdly pay $10 shipping to save
$40 more.
