Other than plumbing in a loop for the oil pump, the only thing you'll need to do for the '92-'94 UrS4 is bolt on the plate for the PROCON TEN seatbelt tensioner.  You should be able to swap it over from the transmission coming out of the car. The '95-'97 UrS6 doesn't use PROCON TEN.
