Ouch, wish I'd known 4 days ago. I just pulled 4 1/2 or so used Blizzack ??
LM15's 16" something's (may have been 215x55 or 205x55's, not 225x50's) off
the Green car to replace with 225/50x16 Nokian Rsi's up at Steamboat. Left
the tires at Bob's Conaco in Steamboat Springs, but could have tried to
stuff them one of the cars headed back to Chicago, .... if only I'd a known.

FWIW, I presently have three (3) Michelin Pilot "Alpine" in 225/45x17 91 "H"
rated. They've been used one winter season. Make offer. Tires are located
in the Denver area.

Last, for ultimate ice traction, the word I've been hearing from the tire
testers, is a tire's "Born on Date" is increasingly important.

Anybody tried the newer Michelin Ice-X or is it X-Ice snows this year? Audi
was equipping their Seefeld school cars with Michelin studded "Invalda"
tires that at least looked to have a similar tread pattern to the US market
Ice-X.
