[s-cars] Where to get Power Antenna

Ugggh... justr what i love doing, working on my own car after I work on other peoples cars for 8 hours a day  ;-)  The problem with my antenna is the mast snapped off pretty low to the base of the car. All the parts are there however. I'm still thinking i might replace the whole thing only because the reception was poor before the snapping of the mast, and the antenna was pretty much fully extended. I'm assuming these antennas are amplified correct? That would explain why there are way more than two wires going into it.

  Ditto all of the below.  If the only thing that broke was the plastic piece
  that extends/retracts the mast, merely replace this piece.  For some reason
  - unbeknownst to me -  I think that this task would not be overly
  challenging for you Rolf ;-)
