Bob - have you played with wastegate spring pressure to see if it affects
the amount of boost you can generate? If you take the WGFV out of the
equation, and run off wastegate spring pressure, are you still limited to
making only 18psi or less?
I assume a massive leak on the "low" pressure side would have been allowing
unmetered air into the system, possibly creating a run lean condition. Any
signs of boost pressure going else where?
