Correct, Hap, I missed out on the noisy Gen 1 plates but have heard the
apocryphal tales about them. From what I understand the top bearing 2B used
was the source of the noise.

  Fred, you obviously nevah experienced the 1st gen 2Bennett plates. They
were very noisy and did not off the caster adjustment.
