[s-cars] front vibrations

WRT recent postings on front end vibrations; 

I had had some minor vibrations at certain speeds on certain roads.

This was eliminated on Saturday with a new big brake rotor replacement.
The old rotors were rusty, worn and with clogged up holes.

(old rotors will now be repurposed as bookends;)

I also took the opportunity, while the rotors were off, to brush off all
the rust build up on the wheel hubs.

Also, it should be mentioned that front end vibrations (from what I have
seen from old posts) could be due to the inner fender well
cracking/tearing where the steering rack mounts to it.
