Yeah, seems to be a few thoughts missing.. Not like I have ever done that 
:-)
You might look at your FPR. I have been having various issues with fuel 
leaking from around the FPR. This allows the GD thing to bleed down 
overnight, and it can be a bit of a bear to start right away as the fuel 
pressure is down. One would think it would quickly build back too the 
regulated pressure, but it doesn't right away.
